1/2 cup of cassava flour
1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

Combine the sugar and water to form a soft dough
Add the cassava flour and ginger, and mix until it comes unstuck from the bottom of the pot
Pour onto a greased surface
Let cool and cut into small pieces
