1 kg cooked and ground beef
4 beaten eggs
100g Italian bread crumb

Heat the flour, butter, and onion over low heat
Add the bell pepper, black pepper, salt, and chicken broth
Mix until smooth
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Combine with previously cooked and ground beef
Mix well
Shape into small balls
Coat each ball in beaten eggs and then Italian bread crumb
Fry in hot oil
Serve with black pepper sauce.
