Soak the sardine in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water 1-2 times
Clean and dry the sardines
Fry and cut into 2cm wide slices
Layer alternating onions and thyme sprigs slightly crushed
Add pickles
Let the sardine rest, covered, in the refrigerator for 1-2 days
Then place it in a clean glass container with some fruits and parsley sprouts
Add more cold pickles.
