1 1/2 cups of chopped abalone

Cook the abalone until it's tender and set aside
Chop the sweet potato peels and place them in a bowl
Chop the collard greens
Set aside
In a pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the collard greens, abalone, reserved sweet potato peels, and tomato
Let it simmer
Check and adjust the salt
Add the cooked rice, mix well, and serve hot.
