400g of fresh tuna cut into small cubes
2 small stalks of leek finely chopped
8 slices of ricotta cheese cut into small cubes
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut and season the tuna with salt, pepper, lemon, and coriander
Clean the leek, cut it into stalks of 12cm length, and fluff them out to form rolls
Stuff the rolls with tuna and cover with dried ricotta cheese
Cut the aluminum foil into rectangles and place two rolls in each one
Drizzle with 1/2 cup of water, lemon juice, and oregano
Close the foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes
Can be served hot or cold.
