1 In a large saucepan, melt the butter over high heat
Add the onion and cook for one minute
2 Add the rice and stir for another minute
Add the passion fruit pulp and chicken bouillon
3 Let it simmer, cover, and reduce the heat
Cook for about 30 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated and the rice is tender
4 Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and green onions to serve immediately.
