Boil the asparagus
Cook the butter until slightly browned
Add the flour, mix well
Add the water, chicken broth cubes, and lemon juice
Cook while stirring constantly for 2 minutes
Lightly brown the breadcrumb squares in butter
Let it drain on paper towels
Place the hot asparagus on a plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Serve 6 portions.
