1/4 cup of peanuts without skin and chopped
1/4 cup of raisins
1 1/2 kg of cod
1 kg of cooked and cubed potatoes
1 kg of tomato without skin and seeds, chopped
5 canned peppers
3 thin onion slices
Salt to taste

Before preparing, wash the cod in cold water
Place it on a colander and let it soak in a bowl with water
Take it to the refrigerator and change the water at least five times
When preparing, drain well and cover with boiling water
Seal and let rest for 20 minutes
Let it cool and shred it
Heat the oil and add the onion, peanuts, and tomato
Cook for ten minutes and add the remaining ingredients, minus the fish and peppers
Cook for another ten minutes, add the cod, and let it simmer for five more minutes
Add the pepper, stir gently, and serve.
