1 liter of milk
1 kg of cod fillets
1 kg of potatoes sliced into rounds
1 onion sliced into thin pieces
3 cups (ch) of cream cheese
1/2 cup (ch) of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (ch) of dark raisins
4 cloves of garlic minced
Olive oil to taste
1 liter of milk
1 kg of cod fillets
1 kg of potatoes sliced into rounds

Olive oil to taste
Soak the cod in water for one day, changing the water at least three times
Remove any skin and bones from the cod
Heat the milk in a pan and cook the cod fillets for three minutes over low heat. Reserve
Place slices of potato at the bottom of a baking dish and brush them well with olive oil
Next, add the cod fillets on top of the potatoes, followed by the onion. Reserve
Mix together 1/2 cup (ch) of the milk in which the cod was cooked, cream cheese, parsley, raisins, and garlic until smooth
Pour this sauce over the onion and bake in a medium-hot oven for about 40 minutes.
