4 cups of cooked cornmeal
2 cups of water
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 shrimp fillets cut into

Marinate the shrimp fillets with lemon juice and salt to taste
Distribute parsley over them and reserve
Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown
Add cornmeal and mix well
Gradually add water, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes
Divide the mixture into four portions
Cut two rectangles of aluminum foil and place one on top of the other
Place a portion of the mixture on the rectangle and put a shrimp fillet with parsley on top
Cover with another portion of the mixture and seal well to form a package
Repeat the operation with the remaining ingredients
Place the packages on a preheated grill and grill for 10 minutes per side
Unwrap and serve.
