6 tablespoons of honey

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until it thickens
Then, stir constantly until you get a heavy dough that comes off the bottom of the saucepan
Scoop one portion onto a cold surface: it should cool down and not spread out too much
Pour the dough onto an oiled countertop or baking sheet
Let it cool
Cut into pieces and wrap in paper or cellophane
Yield about 150 truffles
Note
To make cutting the truffles easier, pass your knife through wheat flour occasionally.
