1/2 cups of cornmeal

Fry the pork chop in a little oil without letting it toast. Reserve
Remove the core from the cabbage and shred it. Reserve
Place the beef broth in a pot and let it boil
Dissolve the cornmeal in cold water and pour it into the pot, stirring slowly
When the broth is thick, add the chopped onion and shredded cabbage
Let it cook for 10 minutes
When everything is ready, crack an egg into the mixture and stir with a wooden spoon
Season with salt, place on a platter, and serve with the pork chop on top.
