6 bananas
Lime juice
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of sweet red wine
1 cup of ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
2 tablespoons of grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups of crushed coconut cookies
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of rum
6 bananas
Lime juice

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise, then cut them in half again to form four pieces
Soak with lime juice and fry in butter until golden brown
Make a syrup by combining wine, ground almonds, cinnamon, cloves, and grated orange peel
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Place the banana pieces in a baking dish
Cover with the syrup
Top with crushed coconut cookies
Cover with chopped pecans
Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown
Remove from the oven
Heat the rum
Light it on fire and pour over the bananas
Serve 3 or 4 times.
