4 bananas
1/2 cup of mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup of orange liqueur (Cointreau or Curaçao)
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest

Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise
Arrange them in a baking dish
Sprinkle with mascarpone cheese and grated orange zest
Moisten with the orange liqueur
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at moderate heat (350°F) for 10 minutes
Serve warm with whipped cream or fresh whipped heavy cream, chilled
Dust with powdered sugar.
