Preheat the oven
Grease a 20 cm square baking pan
Mix together the butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of flour until well combined
Work with your hands to break down the mixture into small crumbs
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from oven
Reduce oven temperature
Beat the eggs
Add 2 tablespoons of flour and beat well
Add the yeast, vanilla extract, sugar (1 cup), peanuts, and coconut, mixing well
Spread the first layer and bake for another 30 minutes or until firm
Let cool, cover with glaze, and cut into bars, placing a whole peanut in the center of each.
