Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop it finely
Mash the ricotta well and add the pepper and to taste
Add the egg yolks and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth
Gradually add the olive oil and milk, alternating and mixing until you get a paste
Season to taste and serve over yams
Serve 6 portions.
