Wash and cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise
Season the sweet potatoes with salt and sprinkle a little thyme
Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle black pepper to taste
Place the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet with the skins facing up
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
