1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
cream or milk
1/2 cup of salted almonds, peeled and chopped
salt and black pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes and cut off a lid immediately
Remove some of the pulp being careful not to damage the skin
Mash the pulp with a fork, add butter or margarine and enough cream or milk to make it light
Add salted almonds, salt, and black pepper to taste
Fill the potato shells with the mixture, brush with a little melted butter or margarine and sprinkle with sweet paprika
Serve immediately, or place in a hot oven (220°C) until lightly browned
