Mash the garlic and mix with salt and green pepper to form a paste
Season the steaks and let them rest for 15 minutes
Heat the olive oil and put in the steaks
Let it fry on one side and flip them over to brown evenly
Add the onion, tomato, and tomato paste
Simmer well and add hot water
Let it cook until the tomato breaks down and starts forming a sauce
Finally add asparagus and let it cook for another 3 minutes
Serve immediately.
