5 slices of bacon

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it
Remove the bacon, leave the fat in the pan, and add the onion and bell pepper
Add the flour, salt, and pepper; mix well
Add the tomato sauce and broth; simmer for 3 minutes
Add the cooked soybeans and simmer for another 10 minutes
Serve in individual serving dishes or ramekins with the reserved bacon, chopped parsley, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper
Serve 4 to 6 portions
