1 kg of tenderloin or mole cut beef, cut into slices
1 envelope of onion soup
8 medium-sized carrots, peeled and cut into rounds
8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into rounds
4 tablespoons of butter

Cut 4 squares of aluminum foil (preferably the thicker kind; if using thinner foil, use it doubled)
Place 1 or 2 slices of beef on each square
Dust with a little onion soup (straight from the package)
Cover with 2 carrots and 2 potatoes cut into rounds
Top with 1 tablespoon of butter broken into small pieces
Dust with a pinch of salt
Tuck in the aluminum foil corners, sealing the "package" tightly
Place in a baking dish and bake in a preheated hot oven for 1 hour or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked.
