Mix the cornstarch, confectioner's sugar, and coffee powder in a bowl
Add the unsalted butter or margarine, mixing with two forks
Work the mixture until it becomes a soft dough
Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors meld
Form small balls of about 2 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet, leaving 3 cm of space between each morsel
Dust each morsel with flour using a fork
Bake in a slow oven (120°C) for 20-25 minutes
Yield: 3 dozen coffee crumb morsels.
