In a bowl, combine the beer, butter, and salt
Add one cup of flour and mix well
Gradually add the remaining flour until all the liquid is absorbed

Place the dough on a smooth surface and knead until it becomes homogeneous
Divide the dough into three parts and open one of them with a rolling pin, leaving 3 mm thickness
Cut into strips of 2 by 8 cm
Heat oil in a frying pan and continue cutting until all the dough is used up
Fry in hot oil, let it cool, and sprinkle with salt.
