Mix the flour and yeast
Add the butter
Mix until a coarse crumb forms
Add the egg mixed with milk, a little at a time
Mix well
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm
Cut into circles of 7.5 cm in diameter
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned
Prepare the filling: mix the plums with eggnog
Heat over low heat
Split each cookie in half and fill with the plum cream prepared
Serve warm, dusting with powdered sugar if desired
If not serving immediately, let cool completely before filling.
