Beat the butter or margarine until creamy
Add the sugar, eggs, and beat well
Mix together the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda
Alternate adding the creamy mixture with the yogurt, mixing well
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more
Take out a small portion of dough at a time, keeping the rest refrigerated
Roll out thin using a carton mold made in the shape of a ray
Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool
Yield: 13-14 biscuits.
