Melt the butter with sugar until it forms a light and fluffy cream
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
Combine grated carrots, spices, lemon zest, walnuts, and flour
Mix well
Pour into a 9-inch greased tube pan or Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
