2 biologic baking tablets
1 cup of cake flour for oven and grill
100g light vegetable cream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water
5 cups wheat flour

150g low-fat Minas cheese cut into cubes
150g diet goiaba in pieces

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Blend in a blender the baking tablets, cake flour, vegetable cream, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and water
Transfer to a bowl and add the wheat flour gradually, kneading until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Divide the dough into 20 portions and cover them with cloth
Let it rest until doubled in volume
Assembly
Unfold each portion into a rectangle, fill with cheese and goiaba, and shape into a biscuit
Arrange them on an oiled baking sheet and brush with egg white
Let it rest again until doubled in volume
Bake until golden brown.
