Temper the beef with garlic, lemon juice, and salt

Mix the egg white with milk

Pass each piece of beef through wheat flour, then mix it with egg white mixture, and finally coat it with croissant flour mixed with Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef until golden brown
Remove excess fat on paper towels and keep warm in an oven

In another pan, heat olive oil, sauté the remaining garlic for 2 minutes, then add the tomato seasoned with salt and parsley leaves
