Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned
Add salt, water, bouillon cube, and green pepper sauce
Stir to combine
Cook, covered, for 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed
Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for an additional 10 minutes if needed
The liquid should be fully absorbed by the end of cooking
If not, remove the lid and let the liquid evaporate.
