1 jar of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander

Season the chicken with lime juice, salt, and pepper
In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken
Add the onion and sauté
Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes
Blend in a blender the cassava, milk, and coconut milk
Add to the chicken, if necessary, add more salt and cook until boiling
Attention: don't stop stirring to prevent sticking at the bottom of the pan
Turn off the heat and add coriander.
