Soak the bread in milk for 30 minutes
Blend in a liquidizer and reserve
Pass the shells and heads (washed) of half the shrimp through a liquidizer with some water to obtain a thin sauce. Reserve
Blend in a liquidizer the onions, oregano or marjoram, 2 cloves of garlic, and canned red pepper with some water
In a large pan heat oil, add the sauce with canned red pepper
Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the shellfish sauce and 2 cups of boiling water
Add the shrimp with shells and without shells
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Let it cook for about 15 minutes
Add the pea sauce and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Let it cook for another 5 minutes
Serve with hard-boiled eggs
