1 cup of peeled and chopped almonds or caju nuts
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of mango chutney (store-bought)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of toasted coconut flakes

Mix the ricotta with the mayonnaise in a bowl
Add the chicken, almonds, curry powder, chutney, and salt
Mix well and refrigerate
Shape small balls using 1/2 tablespoon and coat with toasted coconut flakes
