Dough
2 cups of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
4 tablespoons of butter
2 eggs
1 egg for brushing
Filling
3 cups of leftover cooked chicken shredded
1 tablespoon of butter
1 chopped onion
1 diced tomato
1 pinch of oregano
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste
Dough

Dough: Mix the flour with salt, sugar and baking powder
Add the butter and knead until it forms a crumbly mixture
Add the eggs, slightly beaten, and mix well
Make a ball and wrap in plastic film
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Filling: Melt the butter and sauté the onion
Add the shredded chicken and diced tomato
Season with salt and oregano and cook for five minutes
Add the flour dissolved in milk and stir until it thickens
Let it cool
Divide the dough into two parts
Roll out one part and line the bottom and sides of a removable pie dish with it
Spread the filling and cover with the other part of the dough
Brush with egg and bake in a medium preheated oven until golden.
