Grind the chicken with the onion, garlic, and poultry seasoning, then add the egg
Add only enough bread crumbs to bind, season with salt to taste
Make patties and fill them with the following: mix the nuts, carrot, and condensed milk, then cook over low heat
Cook stirring until it's half-dry, releasing from the sides of the pan
