Salt and pepper to taste

Beat the butter until it's light and has a pale color
Combine the cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, and beat well
Season as needed
Refrigerate until the mixture becomes firm
Dip one spoonful of water into hot water and use it to shape the cheese mixture into small balls
Coat with black bread crumbs
Refrigerate again until serving time
