4 cups cooked rice
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated rosca flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped scallion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
4 cups cooked rice
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated rosca flour
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped scallion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Place all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl and mix well
Shape into small balls and fry until golden brown
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon, drain excess oil, and serve immediately
