1/2 kg of ground beef
1 cup of breadcrumbs or day-old bread
1 finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 minced garlic clove
1 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
to taste salt and pepper
1/2 cup of tomato paste extract
2 medium zucchinis
1 cup of water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and egg
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything very well
Form 12 meatballs
Place them in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes
While the meatballs are cooking, mix together the tomato paste extract, sliced zucchinis, oregano, and water
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Melt the bouillon cube with a little hot water
Let it cool, then dissolve the cornstarch in this mixture and add to the sauce
Cook for a few more minutes, then serve the meatballs over rice.
