Stuffing
1/4 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of salt
1 kg of chicken thigh
4 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper
1/3 cup of red pepper flakes
Dough
1 cup of water
1 cup of cornmeal
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of salt
2 eggs
Stuffing

Stuffing
Cook all the ingredients for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender
Deskin the chicken
Pulse the meat and its seasonings through a food processor
Dough
In a pot, bring the water, butter, and salt to a boil
Add the cornmeal, cornstarch, and wheat flour
Stir until it separates from the bottom of the pot
Transfer to a bowl
Add one egg and mix
Repeat the operation with the other egg
Assembly
Remove a portion of the dough and shape into a 5 cm diameter disk
Stuff with chicken and form a ball
Repeat the operation until all ingredients are used up
Fry in hot oil just to brown, then drain on paper towels.
