Preheat the oven
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
Add oregano and Parmesan cheese
Mix well
Mix egg, milk, and melted butter, then add to previous ingredients, stirring only to combine
The dough should still be slightly lumpy
Fill pre-greased muffin cups 2/3 full
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
