Combine the cheese with the butter or margarine, salt, pepper, and parsley
Sift the flour, re-mix it well, and add to the cheese
Mix until smooth
Divide the mixture in half and shape each portion into a roll about 2 cm in diameter
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate until chilled
Slice thinly and bake on a lightly greased baking sheet in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
