Cake Mix
In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add the whole eggs one at a time and continue beating
Add the flour, milk, cake flour, and butter
Gently mix in the baking powder
Pour into a 24cm round cake pan greased with butter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Reheating Ingredient
In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch dissolved in milk and the remaining ingredients
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Let cool
Garnish
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, then add the confectioners' sugar and continue beating
Cover the cake and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
