Precalculate the oven to moderate temperature (170°C);
Grease a cake pan, English-style or an annular mold with capacity for 3 cups;. Reserve
Mix the codfish with all-purpose flour, coconut milk, and yolks;
Beat the whites until stiff and carefully mix them into the fish mixture;
Pour into the prepared pan and place it in a hot water bath that reaches 2/3 of the pan;
Bake in a low-temperature oven for 40 minutes or until firm
Remove from mold over a heated plate and serve with Egg Sauce

Dissolve butter or margarine over low heat;
Mix in flour, salt, and pepper if desired;
Mix well
Pour in the milk all at once, stirring constantly;
Cook without stopping, until the mixture thickens and bubbles
Mix in chopped eggs to the sauce
Serve 4-5 servings.
