1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Topping:
Melted chocolate
Maraschino cherries
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs, at room temperature

Topping:
Melted chocolate
Maraschino cherries
Sift the flour with the butter, yeast, and salt into a bowl
Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract
Beat for 2 minutes
Pour into a greased 20cm square baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes
Cover with melted chocolate and decorate with maraschino cherries.
