Preheat a 26cm diameter cake pan in the microwave and cook for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through
Mix together the ground beef, egg, almonds, orange zest, red pepper sauce, parsley, and salt in a bowl
Add the cooked ingredients to the prepared cake pan and shape into a semi-ball with a fork
Bake in the oven at high heat for an additional 10 minutes or until the meat does not release any liquid when pierced with a fork
