4 tablespoons of semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup all-purpose flour sifted
2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
3 eggs
3 tablespoons light butter, softened
2 cups whole milk, skimmed
Chocolate shavings for decoration
Topping:
1/2 can of condensed skim milk
1/2 can of heavy cream
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate
4 tablespoons of semisweet chocolate

Topping:
1/2 can of condensed skim milk
1/2 can of heavy cream
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate
In a large mixing bowl, sift together all dry ingredients: flour, yeast, and chocolate
Add remaining ingredients and beat with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until a smooth batter forms
Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium preheated oven, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Heat all topping ingredients over low heat, stirring until smooth
Remove from heat and pour over warm cake
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
