Heat the olive oil, cook the ground beef with garlic, onion, and green olives
Season with salt and pepper
Remove from heat and add the hard-boiled eggs

Bake the chives until tender, then squeeze out excess liquid
Mash well with a fork
Place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients, leaving egg whites for last

In a round cake pan, greased and floured, distribute half of the muffin mixture
Top with ground beef filling and the remaining muffin mixture
Put in the oven and bake until golden brown.
