Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water until tender
Drain, peel, and remove the pulp
Mash the sweet potato with eggs lightly beaten, grated cheese, butter, cornstarch mixed with milk, and mix well
Check the consistency: if too firm, add a little more milk
Season with salt and pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake in a medium oven until firm and golden brown
Remove from the oven and serve immediately decorated with tomato and parsley.
