1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Beat the egg yolks with the butter and flour
Continue beating and add the milk, alternating with the coconut and chocolate
2 Mix in the grated coconut and granulated chocolate
Remove from the mixer, add the yeast, beaten egg whites, and mix gently
3 Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
