Beat the butter with the sugar and eggs until smooth
Add the ground cinnamon, cocoa powder, and cloves to the mixture
Mix the all-purpose flour with the yeast and alternate adding it to the mixture with the milk
Finally add the candied fruits, sliced almonds, and raisins
Grease a medium-sized pan, fill with the batter, and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Once baked, still warm, cover with a glaze made by mixing 250g of confectioner's sugar with 1/2 cup of rum and 2 tablespoons of hot water
Let it cool and cut into squares
