Preheat the oven to a high temperature
Sift together the flour, yeast, and salt. Reserve
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition, then add the grated manioc, sifted ingredients, coconut, coconut milk, and cheese, beating until well combined
Beat a little more to ensure everything is mixed well
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake for an hour or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool down and then unmold
Cut into small squares and serve.
